Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix together until thoroughly combined.
4 Tablespoons tomato paste, 2 Tablespoons white vinegar, 2 Tablespoons meatloaf seasoning
Mix directly into meatloaf, or glaze finished meatloaf. Alternatively, store for 3-4 days until ready to use.
- If you're baking meatloaf in the oven, add the glaze in the last 10-15 minutes of cook time to allow it to caramelize for the best flavor. I like to add two layers of meatloaf sauce: one at the beginning of the cook time, and another in the last 10-15 minutes.
- The meatloaf seasoning used in the glaze can be made months ahead of time and stored in a jar.
- Use a pastry brush or the back of a spoon to glaze meatloaf evenly for best results.
- Always let meatloaf rest at least 15 minutes before slicing it so it has time to set.
