Prepare pulled pork by following my recipe, or use your favorite pulled pork, or store-bought.
2½ lbs Pork loin, 1½ cups BBQ sauce, 1 cup Beef broth, ½ cup Brown sugar, 1 Tablespoon Garlic powder, 1 Tablespoon Paprika, 1 teaspoon Onion powder, ½ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400°F, and spread out a bag of tortilla chips evenly in an oven-safe skillet.

Top the chips with 2 cups of pulled pork.
2 cups Pulled pork
Cover the entire thing with 2 cups of your favorite shredded cheese.
2 cups Shredded cheese
Place the entire pan in the oven and bake for 5-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the chips are crisp.
Remove from the oven and add the rest of the ingredients, including the sliced jalapeno, diced avocado, corn, diced tomato, red onion, cilantro, and a squeeze of lime juice.
1 Jalapeno, 1 Avocado, ¼ cup Corn, 1 small Tomato, 1 Lime, ¼ cup Red onion, Cilantro
Top with a drizzle of sour cream or Mexican crema, and serve!
