How to Cook

This dish is perfect for the holidays and is less than 10 carbs per serving!

Ingredients

ground beef olive oil  onion powder garlic powder dijon mustard tomato paste sugar-free  ground pepper salt eggs heavy cream cheddar green beans

Grease a baking dish with oil. Preheat oven to 360°F. Add beef to a bowl along with all of the seasonings and combine.

Step 1

Heat oil in a skillet. Add the beef mixture and cook for about 10 minutes, breaking it up.

Step 2

Add the cooked ground beef mixture to the baking dish. Spread green beans over the top.

Step 3

In a bowl, beat eggs. Add heavy cream and salt. Pour mixture over the meat and green beans. Top with cheddar.

Step 4

Sl

Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. Serve, and enjoy!
