How to Cook
This blends all of your favorite taco ingredients into a delicious low carb casserole everyone will devour!
Ground beef Onion Pepper Taco seasoning Water Diced tomatoes with green chilies Cheddar cheese Eggs Milk Sour cream Avocado sliced Jalapeno sliced
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a pan with cooking spray. Cook beef in a skillet for 10-12 minutes.
Add pepper and onion and saute for 5 minutes.
Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes and green chilies, and water, and simmer.
Spread taco meat in the bottom of the oiled baking dish.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, and sour cream together.
Spread over the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes, then top with jalapenos and avocado. Serve and enjoy!
