Mushroom Swiss Burger

From the mushroom and onion topping to the burger seasoning, every bite is worth savoring!

Flour Bowl

Heat a grill or a pan on the stove over medium heat. Form ground beef into 4 even patties. Season each patty with burger seasoning.

Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.

Reduce heat to medium and add onion, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire. Cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add patties to the grill. Cook for 8 minutes on each side. Top with a slice of cheese and allow it to melt while cooking.

Remove burgers and place each patty on a bun. Top with mushrooms and onions, then serve. Enjoy!
