– 3 lb. beef tenderloin - 1 Tbsp. rosemary - 1 Tbsp. thyme - 2 Tbsp. garlic powder - 2 Tsp. sea salt - 2 Tsp. black pepper - 1/2 stick butter - 1 Tbsp. minced garlic - 3 springs fresh rosemary

Ingredients

Make seasoning.

Combine rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, sea salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix together, and generously coat your beef tenderloin.

Add your beef to a bag.

Top your beef tenderloin with about 3-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary. Seal it tightly in an air tight bag.

Sous vide time.

Attach the sous vide cooker to a large pot filled with water. Cook at 140 degrees for 2 hours.

Melt butter.

Once done, remove beef from bag. Melt butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook for a few minutes.

Time to saute.

Add your beef tenderloin to the pan and sear on all sides. Add the drippings from the sous vide bag to the pan for extra flavor.

Let it rest.

Let beef tenderloin rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Slice, and enjoy.
