– 2 lbs. bottom round roast - 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour - 1 Tbsp. paprika - 1 Tsp. sea salt - 1/2 Tsp. pepper - 1/2 Tsp. garlic powder - 2-3 Tbsp. olive oil - 2 cans fire roasted diced tomatoes

Ingredients

Cut beef.

Cut bottom round roast. Dry the beef by patting with paper towels. 

Combine seasoning.

Combine flour, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl, and set aside.

Sear beef.

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sear cubed beef over medium-high heat until browns. Transfer beef to the slow cooker.

Add everything in slow cooker.

Stir in the flour and seasoning blend and add the fire roasted tomatoes.

Time to cook.

Cook for 3 hours on high. Serve and enjoy!
