- Spread marinara sauce on the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls.
- Sprinkle half of the cheese over the rolls.
- Slice the meatballs in half. Place the half meatballs over top, and sprinkle them with Italian seasoning.
- Cover with the remaining cheese, then the top of the rolls.
- Combine melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a bowl to make garlic butter. Brush the garlic butter over the top of the rolls.
- Place the rolls back in the white cardboard packaging, then wrap them in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove the foil, slice, and serve!
Meatballs Sliders Tips
- Make sure to save the cardboard box that the rolls come in! By packing up the sliders back in the box to bake them, you'll use less dishes and keep them perfectly formed.
- For crispier sandwiches, take the foil off after 10 minutes and let them cook uncovered for the last 5-10 minutes.
- Serving sliders at a party? Wrap each slider in foil and place them in a crock pot on low heat to keep them toasty all day!

Meatball Sandwiches FAQ
When making meatball sliders, use the same cheese you would use on spaghetti or pizza, such as a nice, mild melty cheese like Mozzarella with a bit of Parmesan sprinkled on top. These cheeses complement the sauce and beef well.
Meatball sliders are a perfect party or tailgate food, and are ideal with grab-and-go sides! Pair sliders with a favorite flavor of crunchy chip; you can even add chips to the sliders when you want a little extra crunch. They're also great with crisp salads and sauteed greens.
Meatball sliders are incredibly easy to make. Just slice a pack of Hawaiian rolls in half, add a layer of marinara and cheese, add sliced meatballs and more cheese, then place the top on the rolls. Place them back in their box, cover them with foil and bake them in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 350°F, and they're all ready to serve!
