    Best Pot Roast Sandwiches

These shredded beef pot roast sandwiches are a winner for dinner! They're loaded with tender, slow-cooked pot roast, golden caramelized onions, and gooey American cheese. Then, toasted to perfection for a satisfying crunch!

My family's favorite part about these sandwiches is how easy they are to customize to your taste using your favorite bread, cheese, and your favorite sandwich toppings. I love how easily this pot roast sandwich can be adjusted to any crowd size, too, making it the perfect dinner for a big group.

Not to mention, these pot roast sandwiches are also kid approved!

Was in a hurry so I broiled instead of using the air fryer and it came out great! Your caramelized onions were also perfect!
