    Beef Tenderloin Sauces

    One of my favorite meals for special occasions - especially the holidays! - is beef tenderloin. It's so succulent and tender, you hardly have to do anything to bring out its best flavors. Just like prime rib, this is a show-stopping cut of beef!

    The one addition that really makes a beef tenderloin dinner extra special is the sauce. There is nothing like a tender slice of beef tenderloin with a luscious sauce to dip it in, especially with a side of mashed potatoes to complete the meal.

    Butter Garlic Sauce - Sauces for Beef Tenderloin

    Ingredients

    • 2 sticks butter salted (at room temperature)
    • 3 cloves garlic finely chopped or pressed
    • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped, or 2 teaspoons dried parsley

    Instructions

    • Bring salted butter to room temperature. Add to a bowl with minced garlic and parsley. Mix until fully combined and soft.

    • Melt in a pan to create butter garlic sauce, or serve as pats of butter by rolling into a log with plastic wrap and placing back into the refrigerator to harden.
